By using Walumi, you agree to these Terms of Use and to applicable Apple platform terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

Walumi is an educational vocabulary-learning tool. It can support regular German vocabulary review, but it does not guarantee language fluency, exam results, academic results, immigration or visa outcomes, employment outcomes, admission outcomes, or any specific learning result.

Vocabulary, translations, examples, and pronunciation are learning aids. They may not be complete, current, or error-free in every context.

You should verify important translations, legal wording, professional terminology, academic usage, and formal communication through appropriate qualified or authoritative sources.

Walumi may offer premium functionality through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription options, prices, trial eligibility, renewal periods, and availability are displayed through Apple and may vary.

Payment is charged through your Apple ID or App Store account. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless managed or cancelled through Apple. You can manage subscriptions through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Deleting Walumi does not automatically cancel a subscription. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled according to Apple's processes and policies. Walumi does not directly process payment-card information.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the app or website, try to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, use the service unlawfully, or misuse support communication.

Walumi features may change, be updated, become temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued. Walumi is not promised to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some functionality depends on Apple services such as iCloud, CloudKit, the App Store, StoreKit, and TestFlight. Walumi is not responsible for outages or restrictions caused by third-party platform services beyond its control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Walumi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the app. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

These terms may be updated when the app, website, or requirements change. When they change, the displayed last-updated date will be revised.
