Restore purchases

Open Walumi and find the Restore Purchases action. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID originally used for the purchase, then allow time for Apple to restore the entitlement.

Restoration depends on Apple purchase records, account status, network availability, and App Store services, so it may not always complete immediately.

Redeem a promo code

Promo-code redemption is handled through Apple. You may use Walumi's native Apple redemption option when available, or redeem a valid code through Apple's App Store redemption flow.

Promo codes are not processed directly by Walumi.

How progress is saved

Walumi may use Apple iCloud and CloudKit to sync learning progress. Successful sync can depend on being signed in to iCloud, iCloud being enabled, network availability, Apple service availability, and device settings.

What happens after reinstalling the app

Reinstalling the app does not itself guarantee immediate restoration of all progress. Progress stored successfully in iCloud or CloudKit may become available again when you sign in with the same Apple ID and iCloud account.

Sync may take some time. Progress may not return if iCloud was disabled, the data was not synced, you use another Apple ID, or the CloudKit data was deleted.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select Walumi, and use Apple's subscription-management options.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Notifications do not appear

Walumi may schedule local review notifications at 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, and 20:00. Notification delivery can be affected by iOS settings and system behavior.

Check iOS Settings > Notifications > Walumi, notification permission, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, device date and time, whether notifications are enabled inside the app when such a setting is available, and whether the app has been opened and configured correctly.

Email support with your device model, iOS version, Walumi app version, a short description of the issue, steps that reproduce the issue, and a screenshot or screen recording when useful.
