Walumi is a language-learning application that helps Persian-speaking users learn and review German vocabulary. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be stored or processed when you use Walumi, the Walumi website, Apple services connected to the app, or support communication.

Information Walumi may store or process

Walumi may store or process information needed to provide app functionality, including learning progress, review status, favorite words, difficult-word status, app settings and preferences, subscription or entitlement status received from Apple, technical diagnostics when provided by Apple or voluntarily supplied by you, and information included by you in a support request.

The exact information involved can depend on the app version, device settings, iCloud settings, Apple account status, and the features you use.

iCloud and CloudKit

Walumi may use Apple iCloud and CloudKit to store or synchronize learning progress. CloudKit data may be associated with your Apple ID or iCloud account through Apple's systems.

iCloud availability and access are controlled by Apple and your device or iCloud settings. Sync can depend on network access, iCloud configuration, Apple account status, and Apple service availability. Walumi does not control your Apple ID or iCloud account.

Apple purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases, free trials, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and promo-code redemption are handled by Apple. Walumi may receive subscription entitlement or transaction-status information from Apple so the app can determine feature access.

Walumi does not directly collect or store payment-card details. Apple's own privacy practices and terms apply to Apple services.

Notifications

Walumi may schedule local notifications for vocabulary review reminders. Local notification delivery is controlled by iOS and your notification settings.

You can allow, disable, or change notification permissions through iOS Settings. Scheduled notifications are not guaranteed to appear in every situation because delivery can be affected by device settings and system behavior.

Diagnostics and support

Technical information may be available through Apple services such as the App Store, TestFlight, crash diagnostics, or information voluntarily submitted by you. If you contact support, Walumi may process the details you choose to include so the request can be reviewed and answered.

Tracking and advertising

Walumi does not sell personal data. Walumi does not use third-party advertising tracking. The current website does not use advertising analytics or tracking scripts.

Apple services

Data may be processed through Apple services such as iCloud, CloudKit, the App Store, StoreKit, and TestFlight. Apple operates these services under Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Data control and deletion

You may change iCloud settings, change notification permissions, manage subscriptions through Apple, and request assistance with Walumi-related data by contacting support.
